Xavier International School places a strong emphasis on
sports and physical activity for its students. The school offers regular sports
programs such as futsal and basketball, and holds a yearly sports week with
various activities such as march past, PT drill, sports dance, and competitions
in different sports such as track and field, football, basketball, table
tennis, and badminton. The school also provides physical education classes,
fitness and wellness programs, and coaching and training to promote healthy
habits and help students develop their athletic abilities. The school
encourages students to participate in competitive events, including swimming,
and has seen success with students winning medals at the national level in the
